Man (31) denies assault
A Toryglen man has denied head butting a man and threatening two females.
Jason Spiers allegedly assaulted the man to the head at Prospecthill Place on February 21, 2016.
He was also charged with behaving in a threatening and abusive manner by repeatedly shouting, swearing and uttering threats towards the man and two other females.
On the same day, Spiers is claimed to have damaged the property belonging to another and sprayed paint graffiti on a door at Prospecthill Place.
The 31- year- old was further charged with approaching the man and two females by knocking on the door of their flat and attempting to open it -breaching the terms of his conditions after he was granted bail. He is then said to have shouted, swore and uttered threatening remarks.
Spiers appeared before Glasgow Sheriff Court on August 1 and pled not guilty to all charges. He will return for trial on August 30.
