Pupils heading back to school

Smiles galore as children start the new term

Rutherglen Reformer - - Front Page - Douglas Dickie

There were tears and tantrums all over Rutherglen and Cambuslang on Monday when the kids went back to school - and that was just the parents!

And for many children in the area it would have been their first experience of primary or secondary school as they make another step along the road of life.

Proud parents saw their kids off for the first time and many of you chose to share that special moment with the Reformer.

Don’t worry if your child isn’t featured this week, we’ll have more first day pictures in next week’s Reformer.

And if you want your child featured in next week’s paper, just email us the picture along with their name, age and what school they have started at to news@rutherglenreformer.co.uk or contact us on Facebook.
