Teens deny bus at­tack

Three teenagers this week de­nied sur­round­ing a bus in Fern­hill, kick­ing its doors and smash­ing a win­dow.

The trio, who are all 17 years old, pleaded not guilty to caus­ing a breach of the peace when they ap­peared at Glas­gow Sher­iff Court on Mon­day, Au­gust 8.

They are ac­cused of act­ing with oth­ers to en­ter the bus, shout, swear, act in an ag­gres­sive man­ner and throw stones at the ve­hi­cle on April 5, 2015.

All three, who can­not be named for le­gal rea­sons, are due to stand trial on Septem­ber 9.
