Teens ‘told they were being filmed’
The case against a man who allegedly told two teenage boys they were being secretly filmed has been adjourned.
Ian Paterson is accused of placing the boys, aged 13 and 14, in a state of fear and alarm by acting in a threatening manner and telling them he had taken videos and pictures of them. During the incident on July 1, 2015, at Kerrycroy Avenue, Paterson is also accused of telling the boys they were again being filmed by hidden cameras.
Paterson, 61, of Kerrycroy Avenue, Toryglen, appeared before Glasgow Sheriff Court on August 9 where he denied the charge against him.
At the hearing the case was adjourned until August 30, having previously been postponed for four months in April this year.
