Teens ‘told they were be­ing filmed’

The case against a man who al­legedly told two teenage boys they were be­ing se­cretly filmed has been ad­journed.

Ian Pater­son is ac­cused of plac­ing the boys, aged 13 and 14, in a state of fear and alarm by act­ing in a threat­en­ing man­ner and telling them he had taken videos and pic­tures of them. Dur­ing the in­ci­dent on July 1, 2015, at Ker­rycroy Av­enue, Pater­son is also ac­cused of telling the boys they were again be­ing filmed by hid­den cam­eras.

Pater­son, 61, of Ker­rycroy Av­enue, To­ry­glen, ap­peared be­fore Glas­gow Sher­iff Court on Au­gust 9 where he de­nied the charge against him.

At the hear­ing the case was ad­journed un­til Au­gust 30, hav­ing pre­vi­ously been post­poned for four months in April this year.
