Community service given to head-butt and threats man
Community service was dished out to a Toryglen man who head-butted a man and threatened two females.
Jason Spiers was issued with a community payback order and placed under supervision for nine months when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday, September 28.
The 31year old had earlier pleaded guilty to assaulting the man during an incident which occurred at Prospecthill Place on February 21, 2016.
He also admitted behaving in a threatening and abusive manner by repeatedly shouting, swearing and uttering threats towards the man and two other females.
At the same court hearing he also pleaded guilty to spray painting graffiti on a door at Prospecthill Place, placing three people in a state of fear and alarm and breaking his bail conditions.
