Pair deny sex act in public
A Rutherglen man has appeared in court charged with engaging in a sexual act in a public place.
David O’Raw, of Ryan Way, has, together David Mackay Harris, been charged with committing an offence of public indecency on October 21, 2015, at Sidney Street, Glasgow.
O’Raw is also accused of giving a fake name and date of birth when requested by police and has been charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
O’Raw, 24, and Harris, 56, of Sandyhills, denied the charges against them when they appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on September 27.
They will stand trial on October 27.
