Accused of drink driving
A driver has been accused of getting behind the wheel whilst four times the legal alcohol limit.
Daryl McKenna, of Castlemilk, is accused of drink driving on Aikenhead Road on March 28, 2016.
He is said to of had 84 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath when breathalysed by police; the legal limit is 22.
He is also accused of driving without due care and attention and driving through a red light, forcing other drivers to take evasive action.
McKenna, of Ardmaleish Street, faces a third charge of failing to appear when called at Glasgow Sheriff Court on May 12, 2016.
He denied all three charges against him when he appeared in court on December 19.
He will stand trial on January 17.
