Man, 27, denies five traffic offences
A Cambuslang man charged with five driving offences has appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Nathan Sean Padden, of Central Avenue, is accused of refusing to be breathalysed when asked by police at Cathcart Police Station on January 14, 2016.
The 27-year-old allegedly failed to cooperate with police as they attempted to ascertain whether or not he was fit to drive on that date.
He is also charged with driving a car without a valid MOT certificate and of driving a vehicle which was incorrectly registered. It is alleged the name and address of the keeper of the car were not recorded on the register.
A fifth charge of sounding a car horn other than at a time of danger was also put to Padden when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on January 9.
Padden denies all charges against him. He will stand trial on January 27.
