Fined for intent to supply drugs
A Rutherglen woman has been cleared of a drugs allegation but two of her coaccused have been fined for intent to supply.
Lee-Anne Clements, 34, of Glenside Drive, had her not guilty plea accepted after she was charged with having diazepam and diamorphine on her person.
However, Mar ianne Monaghan, 54, and John Clark, 53, were found guilty of having diamorphine, a class A drug, on their possession with intent to supply at Kyle Court, Cambuslang, on April 7, 2016.
Braeside Place resident Monaghan was fined £ 250 while Clark of Maxton Terrace was charged £200.
