Young­sters are all smiles at Easter bon­net pa­rade

It was a case of ‘ hat’ll do nicely’ at West­burn Nurs­ery last week when young­sters took part in their an­nual Easter bon­net pa­rade.

More than 200 kids par­tic­i­pated with many par­ents who had helped them make their bon­nets com­ing along to watch.

Nurs­ery man­ager An­gela Fer­gu­son said: “Ev­ery one of our chil­dren were in­volved.

“This was the big­gest turnout we have ever had from par­ents. “It was great fun.” Ev­ery child won an Easter egg but there were in­di­vid­ual win­ners with the craft group based in the cen­tre act­ing as judges.

They were: Ge­or­gia Lorimer, Reilly Ed­wards, Ol­lie MacVar­ish, Ari­anna Les­lie, Isla McCreath, Lacy- May Dar­roch, To­moaki Fu­ta­mata, Ab­bie Win­kler, Ni­amh Os­borne, Si­enna Innes, Ni­amh Lam­mont, Brodie Gard­ner, Bobby Clark, Daisy Mait­land, Melissa Mur­phy.
