Trinity’s bathroom soaperstars
Trinity High School pupils proved they had the potion for the perfect bath when they were named winners of a cosmetics competition.
Neve Lavery, Morven McNicol and Giuliano Piacentini’s bath bomb took first prize at the Society of Cosmetic Scientists’annual competition.
The students were among a host of S2 and S3 students who worked together in groups after school over several weeks to design, make and test a bath bomb.
Six groups from Trinity High entered the competition and an incredible four teams were among the seven finalists selected from across the UK.
The teams gathered for a final day of competition in Birmingham.
Neve, Morven and Giuliano, who were runners-up last year, secured the trophy and were rewarded with a visit to a cosmetic manufacturing company.
All pupils involved were also presented with a bronze crest award.
