Guilty of 4 cops
A Rutherglen man who denied nine charges including police assault, was found guilty when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Grant Morrison bit, kicked and scratched four police constables on August 22, 2015.
He also resisted, obstructed or hindered police officers in the line of duty during the same incident at a property on East Main Street, Rutherglen.
Morrison was further found guilty of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
He also committed a breach of the peace on Main Street, Rutherglen, by shouting, swearing and conducting himself in a disorderly manner.
Morrison, 36, then denied failing, without reasonable excuse, to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on January 18.
He pleaded not guilty to all charges on March 24 but was found guilty and will be sentenced on May 2.
