Woman charged with harassing rev
A Cambuslang woman has been charged with harassing a reverend at his place of work.
Lisa Hughes, of Lorne Terrace, is claimed to have engaged in a course of conduct which caused the man fear or alarm between April 8, 2012 and November 24, 2016.
The 52-year-old allegedly sent a text message requesting to meet the reverend and sent emails demanding a quantity of money from him.
She is also said to have attended his place of work at a Glasgow chapel, approach him and attempt to deliver two letters to him.
Hughes pled not guilty to all charges at Glasgow Sheriff Court on April 6 and will return for trial on Friday, August 25.
