Fern­hill and Cathkin Church have started a knit and nat­ter­ing class that will be held ev­ery Thurs­day.

It will run from 10am un­til noon and all are wel­come to at­tend. Tea will be pro­vided.

Fern­hill and Cathkin also pre­sented the Queen’s badge in the Boys’ Brigade to Christo­pher Cuther­bet­son and An­drew Webster, and the Pres­i­dent’s badge was awarded to Kyle Gra­ham, Cal­lum Mur­ray and Cameron Ste­wart.

Three new el­ders have also been ad­mit­ted at the church. They are Kirsteen John­stone, Scott Wil­son and John Wylie.

Stu­dio 32 Con­cert Party from East Kilbride are mak­ing a wel­come re­turn to the Church on Fri­day, June 2 at 7.30pm.

Tick­ets are £5 per adult and £2.50 for chil­dren, and light re­fresh­ments is in­cluded.

All are wel­come to come along for a won­der­ful mu­si­cal evening.
