Footloose and fancy free at Trinity High show
Pupils at Trinity High School will don their dancing shoes next week at their annual, end of year school show.
The teenagers will tackle 80s classic Footloose when they hit the stage on June 6, 7 and 8.
Max Gibson will take on the role of Ren, a free spirit who arrives in a small town where dancing and music has been banned.
Joining him in the cast will be Rebecca Smith as Ariel, Caitlin King as Rusty and Michael Martin as Willard along with a host of other senior pupils.
The cast will be at Rutherglen Exchange on Saturday, June 3, at 11am to perform hits from the show, which include Footloose, Holding out for a Hero and Let’s Hear it for the Boy.
Tickets are priced at £6 (£4 for concessions) and are available from the school.
The three shows start at 7.30pm.
