Brogan helps Scots qualify
Rutherglen and Glasgow City youngster Brogan Hay has spoken of her pride after making two appearances for Scotland as they qualified for the European finals.
The 18-year-old from Fernhill was part of the Under 19 women’s squad who topped their qualifying group to advance to the Championships in August.
Brogan, who has just broken into the City first team – the most successful in Scottish women’s football – has already bagged a goal after coming on as a substitute and is enjoying working with some of the best female footballers in the nation.
She said: “I feel that at training I am always improving which is helped by working alongside many of the best players in this country.
I always try my best and want to get better.”
