A 31-year-old Rutherglen man will stand trial this month facing three driving charges.
Jamie Anderson is accused of drink driving on Castlefern Road, Rutherglen, on October 29, 2016. He is said to have had 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when breathalysed by police. The legal limit is 22 microgrammes.
Anderson, of Quarryknowe, is also charged with driving with a provisional licence without suitable guidance or L plates and of driving without insurance.
He faces a fourth charge of possessing herbal cannabis, a class B drug.
Anderson pleaded not guilty to all charges when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on May 31, He will return for trial on June 30
