Spec­savers cus­tomers in Ruther­glen have helped the op­ti­cian take a top cus­tomer ser­vice ac­co­lade.

In 2016, the Stonelaw Road store re­ceived fan­tas­tic feed­back through Spec­savers’Maze cus­tomer ser­vice feed­back por­tal.

Cus­tomer re­sponses across a se­lec­tion of cat­e­gories helped the store score higher than any other in Scot­land – and across the UK as a whole.

Spec­savers Ruther­glen store di­rec­tor Peter Beaton says:“We’re ex­tremely proud to have come out top for cus­tomer ser­vice in Scot­land and across the UK last year. Our cus­tomers are at the cen­tre of ev­ery­thing we do, so know­ing that they’re giv­ing us fan­tas­tic feed­back makes us re­ally happy, and shows us that we’re work­ing well to­gether as a team.

“Maze feed­back so far this year has been very pos­i­tive, so we’re hop­ing for a good cu­mu­la­tive re­sult again at the end of this year.”

Maze sur­veys are emailed to cus­tomers af­ter in-store ap­point­ments.
