MAN, 35, DENIES SCARING WOMEN WALKING IN PARK
Court is told of sexual remarks
A 35-year-old man faces four charges in relation to incidents involving women in Holmhills Park over a three-month period.
Pavel Majdacki also faces a charge in relation to an incident involving a woman on the Clyde Walkway in Glasgow and two other charges for alleged incidents in Holmhills Park.
Among the accusations, which Majdacki denies, is that he directed sexual comments to women
in Holmhills Park and invited them back to his home, behaved in a threatening and abusive manner, grabbed a dog that did not belong to him, emerged from bushes to approach a lone female and attempted to touch a female.
All of his alleged victims were unknown to him.
Majdacki, of Kyle Court, Cambuslang, is also charged with drinking alcohol in Holmhills Park and resisting arrest.
All the alleged offences took place between April 16 and July 16.
Majdacki appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, July 18, where he pled not guilty.
He was remanded in custody and is due to reappear in court on August 3, ahead of a trial on August 11.
