Women set for trial at Glas­gow Sher­iff Court

A Ruther­glen pair have landed them­selves in court af­ter a woman is claimed to have thrown rocks at the win­dow of a flat.

Is­abella John­stone, of Trossachs Road, is al­leged to have launched the items, caus­ing the win­dow at Skye Road to smash, plac­ing the two oc­cu­pants in­side at risk of in­jury.

The 45-year-old and Kirsty Clel­land, 38, also of Trossachs Road, were fur­ther charged with act­ing in an ag­gres­sive man­ner, shout­ing, swear­ing, re­peat­edly de­mand­ing en­try and bang­ing a door at the ad­dress on June 22, 2016. Both women will ap­pear for trial on De­cem­ber 19 at Glas­gow Sher­iff Court.
