A Toryglen man will stand trial this month accused of four thefts.
Andrew Hill is accused of stealing protein powder from the Holland and Barrett store on Queen Street, Glasgow on three separate occasions last year - June 19, August 13 and August 16.
The 39 year-old is also charged with stealing a quantity of meat from the Co-operative store on Battlefield Road, Glasgow on October 19.
Hill, of Prospecthill Crescent, pled not guilty to the charges when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on July 26.
He will return for trial on August 22.
