Cambuslang boxer Scott Harrison has hit the canvas again, with impressive results.

The former world champion, who is currently in Shotts prison, has painted a knockout image of the famous Duke of Wellington statue – complete with traffic cone – on Glasgow’s Royal Exchange Square.

The artwork shows the 1844 statue next to a banner advert for the“Beut” salon – that is a beauty salon on the city’s south side run by Harrison’s partner Stacey Gardner.

In 2012, Harrison was convicted of assaulting three men in a club near Malaga 11 years ago. He was extradited to Spain in 2015 after exhausting the appeal process and is expected to be released from prison this year. Several examples of the fighter’s artwork have emerged recently, many with links to Glasgow.
