Positive events planned
South Lanarkshire Council’s annual Positive Communities events are set to take place again this autumn.
Residents are encouraged to come along and provide information about anti-social behaviour issues within their area, as well as their opinions on the services the council and its community safety partners currently provide to tackle these.
Representatives from a range of community safety partners will be in attendance on the day to provide information to residents and promote their own services.
On Thursday October 11 from 1pm to 3pm, on the ground floor of Cambuslang Gate, the event is for the residents of Cambuslang and surrounding areas.
It is anticipated the event will be supported by a number of partners, including Housing Services, Anti-social Investigation Team, community wardens, Mediation Service, Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Victim Support and NHS Lanarkshire.
