Fabulous FIFA flies high again

Rutherglen Reformer - - Review - FIFA 19

When you’ve got the best football game on the market, it can be a tough task trying to outdo it every year — so how EA Sports manage to continually improve on their FIFA series is astonishing.

FIFA 19 really takes the game to the next level — and the introduction of the Champions League and the new “survival” online mode marks a step forward before you even get on the pitch.

Of course, the matches once again look and feel superb, with gameplay again tweaked for the better and players so close to their reallife counterparts, it’s unnerving.

The host of options are mindblowing; you can change house rules to things such as a goals from outside the box counting as two and even switch the rules off to make it a free-for-all!

Stat tracking allows to you analyse your performances and The Journey is back better than ever, with the career mode making you feel like a Premier League superstar.

It’s yet another winner.
