Sharks on song

Rutherglen Reformer - - Front Page -

There was something in the water at Rutherglen Exchange shopping centre last week.

That’s because the centre was having a baby shark themed afternoon asking locals to learn the song and perform the dance.

Staff had been challenged to take part in the song craze, and decided they would get as many customers involved as they could.

A spokesperson said: “It has been such a trend and we wanted to have some fun with it.

“Plenty of staff from places like Peacock’s came out and got involved, and we even had a couple of families down from East Kilbride for it, and a couple of grans who knew it off by heart because of their grandchildren.

“It was terrific fun.” The full video can be viewed on the shopping centre’s Facebook, and it certainly looks like everyone was having a fintastic time, so all together now - doo doo doo...
