CRAIG LOGHAN, 50, of Liver­pool Road, Ec­cles, was con­victed of as­sault by beat­ing and was dis­charged con­di­tion­ally for two years, with an or­der to pay £100 com­pen­sa­tion and £265 costs. MOHSIN ALI, 25, of Mil­dred Street, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted as­sault and was com­mit­ted to prison for 10 weeks, sus­pended for 12 months, with an or­der to pay £200 com­pen­sa­tion. NI­COLA TITHER, 30, of En­nerdale Av­enue, Swin­ton, ad­mit­ted two counts of fraud by dis­hon­estly fail­ing to dis­close in­for­ma­tion that would af­fect her en­ti­tle­ment to hous­ing ben­e­fit and in­come support. She was given a com­mu­nity or­der with 100 hours un­paid work and £145 costs.

VINCENT CUR­RAN, 34, of Castle­way, Swin­ton, ad­mit­ted us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour. He was jailed for 16 weeks and given a re­strain­ing or­der. He was given six points on his li­cence, fined £350 and was given £120 costs. RYAN MCGREEVY, 24, of Ec­cles Old Road, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted fail­ing to give in­for­ma­tion about the iden­ity of a driver and was fined £260 with £106 costs and given six points on his li­cence. ZANETA SI­VAK, 33, of Withycombe Place, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted driv­ing with­out in­surance or a li­cence and car­ry­ing too many peo­ple in a ve­hi­cle. She was given six points on any fu­ture li­cence with a £400 fine and £125 costs. JA­SON MICHAEL PERRY, 23, of Sevenoaks Drive, Swin­ton, ad­mit­ted driv­ing with­out due care and at­ten­tion and was given six points on his li­cence, fined £300 and £115 costs. STACEY FIN­NAN, 32, of Baronet Walk, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted as­sault­ing a po­lice con­sta­ble and was dis­charged con­di­tion­ally for 12 months with an or­der to pay £150 com­pen­sa­tion

and £50 costs. MARK STEPHEN FOX, 28, of Baronet Walk, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted as­sault­ing a po­lice con­sta­ble and was dis­charged con­di­tion­ally for 12 months with an or­der to pay £150 com­pen­sa­tion and £50 costs. PETIT ILANJA SONGO NSWALE, 20, of Burns Road, Lit­tle Hul­ton, ad­mit­ted fail­ing to com­ply with a com­mu­nity or­der. He was dealt with for the orig­i­nal of­fence of as­sault and the or­der was re­voked. He was com­mit­ted to a young of­fender’s in­sti­tu­tion for six weeks. LEWIS WIL­LIAM WAL­TERS, 26, of Lang­ton Street, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted cannabis pos­ses­sion and fail­ing to sur­ren­der to cus­tody. He was dis­charged con­di­tion­ally for 12 monthsw with £100 costs and de­tained in the court­house un­til the court rose. PAUL SEAN FAR­RELLY, 34, of Went­worth Av­enue, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted fail­ing to com­ply with a com­mu­nity or­der and the or­der was var­ied to in­clude a seven week cur­few. He must also pay £65 costs. WAYNE JOHN HEP­BURN, 38, of Straw­berry Hill, Sal­ford, dmit­ted fail­ing to com­ply with a com­mu­nity or­der and was fined £100 with £65 costs. KARL EVANS, 32, of Fitzwar­ren Court, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted as­sault by beat­ing and was jailed for 16 weeks, sus­pended by 18 months, with su­per­vi­sion. He was also or­dered to pay £165 costs. ROX­ANNE CHRISTINA HAGUE, 26, of Tile­hurst Court, Ker­sal Way, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted two counts of send­ing a mes­sage which was of a grossly of­fen­sive or men­ac­ing character. She was given a com­mu­nity or­der with su­per­vi­sion, a re­strain­ing or­der and £60 costs. AL­TOM AB­DUL­LAH, 31, of Cherry Tree Court, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted cannabis pos­ses­sion and was given a com­mu­nity or­der with 45 hours un­paid work with £145 costs. SUSAN ANNE O’NEILL, 51, of Lit­tle­wood Street, Seed­ley, ad­mit­ted steal­ing goods worth £192 from Pea­cocks and was given a com­mu­nity or­der with a 12 week cur­few and £145 costs. MARK AN­THONY MOORE, 38, of Lower Seed­ley Road, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted beg­ging or gath­er­ing alms and com­mis­sion of a fur­ther of­fence while sub­ject to a con­di­tional dis­charge. He was dealt with for the orig­i­nal of­fence of beg­ging or gath­er­ing alms and was fined £40 with £60 costs. MICHAEL DOWD, 28, of Mul­berry Court, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted steal­ing eight bot­tles of beer worth £10.50 from Tesco and was dis­charged con­di­tion­ally for 12 months with £100 costs. BEN­JAMIN COP­PINGER, 28, of Ellesmere Street, Swin­ton, ad­mit­ted two counts of us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour. He was given a com­mu­nity or­der with a two month cur­few, £145 costs and or­dered to pay £100 com­pen­sa­tion. BRETT DAMIAN FL­ITCROFT, 36, of Bolton Road, Swin­ton, ad­mit­ted cannabis pos­ses­sion and was given a com­mu­nity or­der with 40 hours un­paid work, plus £100 costs. MICHELLE JOHN­SON, 39, of Liver­pool Road, Ec­cles, ad­mit­ted steal­ing £21 of clothes from Pea­cocks and com­mis­sion of a fur­ther of­fence while sub­ject to a sus­pended sen­tence or­der. She was dis­charged con­di­tion­ally for 12 months and must also pay £21 com­pen­sa­tion and £15 costs. CHRISTO­PHER JOSEPH HARDY, 31, of Levens Street, Sal­ford, ad­mit­ted fail­ing to com­ply with a com­mu­nity or­der. He was dealt with for the three of­fences which came un­der the An­i­mal Wel­fare Act and jailed for 12 weeks, sus­pended for 12 months with 80 hours un­paid work. The or­der was re­voked.
