Tasty beef burger recipe

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS 500g lean beef mince (5% fat or less) 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 gar­lic cloves, finely chopped salt and freshly ground black pep­per low calo­rie cooking spray 4 x 60g whole­meal rolls 8 let­tuce leaves 2 toma­toes, sliced 4 tbsp pas­sata with onions and gar­lic for the salad Let­tuce leaves, roughly torn 2 car­rots, peeled and coarsely grated ½ cu­cum­ber, thinly sliced 1 red onion, thinly sliced 6 tbsp fat-free vinai­grette

IN­STRUC­TIONS Pre­heat the grill to hot. Put the mince, onion, Worcestershire sauce and gar­lic in a bowl, sea­son and squish well us­ing your hands. Divide into four por­tions, shape each one into a burger and spray with low calo­rie cooking spray. Grill for 5-6 min­utes on each side or un­til cooked through. Put all the salad in­gre­di­ents in a bowl and give them a good mix. Cut the rolls in half, place some let­tuce on each base, fol­lowed by the slices of tomato, a burger and 1 tbsp of pas­sata. Top with the roll lids and serve with the salad. Yum!
