Brendan Anderton Butchers is a household name in the local area and is proud to serve loyal community.
It also operates in the food service sector providing catering cuts of meat to managed kitchens, schools, restaurants, nursing homes and public houses and it is this service it provides for Manchester Grammar School.
Together the directors have more than 100 years experience of all aspects of retailing and catering butchery and the meat industry in general. They are committed to preserving traditional butchery skills and values whist developing new and exciting products.
The company has high standards of manufacturing practice and are audited by external accreditation bodies to standards including BRC Global Standards for food safety, Red Tractor Meat Processing, EBLEX QSM and STS.
The company employs approximately 45 local people, and have a fleet of 14 refrigerated vans that are able to offer daily deliveries throughout the North West.
