SCOOTER DETAILS

Name of scooter: It’s All About Me Model: Lambretta GP 200 Inspiration for project: I wanted to ride, and had to have something that still looked like the GP.

Time to build: First time took six months, by Mark Swinge.

Frame modifications: Full Series 5 conversion by Frank Sanderson.

Engine: Aprilia SR125 engine, PM Tuning exhaust. Top & cruising speed: Fast enough me. Is the scooter reliable: You would think so. It ha its moments!

Paintwork: After my accident Mandy from Bld. Additional parts by Leon Bugbee.

Engraving: A few bits by Adi Clark. Chrome: Quality Chrome and London Chroming.

Overall cost: Yep, it did cost a bit. Good enough for my husband, good enough for me.

Hardest part of the project: The electrics were a bit temperamental, but all sorted now.

Advice for anyone starting a project: Enjoy it. And

ride it.

Favourite dealer: JB Tuning and Kegra. They have both been a big help over the years. Also Chris from CS Engineering.
