IN THE second part of my Christmas wine collection, I’m bringing you my best Boxing Day and New Year’s wines. As Boxing Day often means using up leftovers, save your best wines for another day and head instead to lighter whites and reds. Remember, a house full of people can really heat up, so don’t let reds become too warm. If necessary, pop them outside to cool down.
