Just 7ft wide ... and it’s yours for £895,000!

-

A THREE-bedroom home with two roof terraces has been put on the market for almost £900,000 – despite being only 7ft wide.

The unique property, which was built in the 1850s, is believed to have originally been used as a Victorian laundry house.

Floorplans show that the home is 7ft 1in at its widest, yet it still boasts almost 1,000sq ft of space, making it larger than the average new-build. This is thanks to it being spread over four floors.

The kitchen and lounge are on the ground floor, with a bedroom, toilet, bathroom and roof terrace upstairs. There are two bedrooms on the second floor and two studies and a further terrace on the top floor.

The home in Hammersmith, West London, has been put up for sale with estate agents Dexters for an asking price of £895,000.

It is even narrower and more expensive than the 9ft-wide home in Chelsea being sold for £600,000 which the Daily Mail reported on last week.
