Why cover girl Paris is in vogue

PARIS Jackson is on the cover of Vogue magazine. Why? Well, to put it bluntly, because she is the daughter of a dead celebrity.

At 19 years old and with no discernible body of work behind her (unsurprising for a teenager) the young Miss Jackson, pictured, is nevertheless feted and fawned over as part of our everincreasing fetishising of celebrity offspring.

In the same week as 18-year-old Brooklyn Beckham (son of David and Victoria) publishes his first book of photography alongside an exhibition of his work, should we really be surprised?
