Bal­gove Larder near St An­drews has re­opened its Steak Barn after com­plet­ing a ma­jor re­fur­bish­ment. This year marks the fifth year that the Steak Barn has been open and now cus­tomers can en­joy the new cov­ered veranda and bar area. This pop-up out­door restau­rant is set in a for­mer sawmill and boasts rus­tic dé­cor with walls of potato boxes cre­at­ing an in­for­mal eat­ing space serv­ing up wood­fired bar­be­qued steaks and other del­i­ca­cies, all of which are home-reared or sourced lo­cally.
