Lead­ing Scot­tish chef Paul Tam­bur­rini is set to open a new restau­rant in the coun­try’s cap­i­tal. For­mer Chef Di­rec­tor at Martin Wishart’s renowned restau­rant ‘The Hon­ours Brasserie’, Tam­bur­rini will open the new ‘Bistro Deluxe by Paul Tam­bur­rini’ in the Mac­don­ald Holy­rood Ho­tel, Ed­in­burgh. The new restau­rant, set to open this au­tumn, will fea­ture Tam­bur­rini’s sig­na­ture blend of ex­quis­ite French cui­sine and the finest Scot­tish in­gre­di­ents.
