Sea Angler (UK) - - LURE FISHING -

This is the ideal rig for working creature baits and craw baits over the rocks.

Getting split rings small enough to fit such tiny hook eyes can be difficult, but there are some big-eye patterns that do the job.

Using split ring pliers or a screwdriver, gently open up the clip at the top of the dropshot weight so that the split ring fitted in step 2 can fit through it.

4 Attach weight and clip or tie your leader to the uppermost split ring. Change the weight by removing the old one and sliding a new weight on the split ring.

2 Now attach a second split ring to the one connected to the hook’s eye.

1 First, attach a small split ring to the eye of your size 6 or 8 offset hook.
