Q: Do I really need waders for bass fishing?

Sea Angler (UK) - - SEA SCHOOL -

MAL CUNNINGHAM, BY EMAIL HG says: I have to leave this up to you, but if you are a shore angler and you go bass fishing with lures especially, then you are often going to be in, or very close to, the water.

As warm as our weather can sometimes get, try standing, say, waist deep in our seas for a few hours in a pair of shorts, and I assure you that you will start dreaming about a nice, dry pair of waders.

For me, my lightweight, breathable chest waders are as important as my lure rod and spinning reel.
