JUMEIRAH GROUP will open Zabeel House by Jumeirah Al Seef this spring. Located on the banks of Dubai's historic Dubai Creek, it's the first of Jumeirah’s ‘Upscale-Casual’ collection.

It has design-led spaces, which it describes as 'moderately-priced but comfortable rooms with just enough added extras, and welcoming but unobtrusive staff – basics done brilliantly.'

A smaller version, Zabeel House MIN, is due to open next door.
