RBSS gunroom comes under its own management
the royal berkshire Shooting School (rbss) has announced it will take over the running of its on-site gunroom following the retirement of manager Simon Freedman.
Mark eeley, who has worked for the royal berkshire Shooting Group for over 10 years, will succeed Mr Freedman. It will be the first time rbss has run its gunroom since it was founded in 1991. the gunroom has undergone a £20,000 refurbishment with dedicated space for game, rifle and clay shooters.
“I am delighted to take the opportunity to set-up and manage the new gunroom,” said Mr eeley. “the new-look gunroom will be the go-to place for all sporting guns and accessories for both local clients in the thames Valley and clients nationally. clients new and old can look forward to friendly, professional service and us going the extra mile to look after them.”
Dylan Williams, the managing director of rbss, said: “We are very thankful to Simon and wish him a restful retirement. this juncture presented us with a rare opportunity to take over running the shop, and give it the same high-quality royal berkshire stamp clients are already accustomed to.”
