RBSS gun­room comes un­der its own man­age­ment

the royal berk­shire Shoot­ing School (rbss) has an­nounced it will take over the run­ning of its on-site gun­room fol­low­ing the re­tire­ment of man­ager Si­mon Freed­man.

Mark ee­ley, who has worked for the royal berk­shire Shoot­ing Group for over 10 years, will suc­ceed Mr Freed­man. It will be the first time rbss has run its gun­room since it was founded in 1991. the gun­room has un­der­gone a £20,000 re­fur­bish­ment with ded­i­cated space for game, ri­fle and clay shoot­ers.

“I am de­lighted to take the op­por­tu­nity to set-up and man­age the new gun­room,” said Mr ee­ley. “the new-look gun­room will be the go-to place for all sport­ing guns and ac­ces­sories for both lo­cal clients in the thames Val­ley and clients na­tion­ally. clients new and old can look for­ward to friendly, pro­fes­sional ser­vice and us go­ing the ex­tra mile to look af­ter them.”

Dy­lan Wil­liams, the man­ag­ing direc­tor of rbss, said: “We are very thank­ful to Si­mon and wish him a rest­ful re­tire­ment. this junc­ture pre­sented us with a rare op­por­tu­nity to take over run­ning the shop, and give it the same high-qual­ity royal berk­shire stamp clients are al­ready ac­cus­tomed to.”
