David Platt and Shona Ramsey’s relationship is blissfully happy – as long as they don’t talk about her murdering son, Clayton Hibbs…

But Shona’s ex, and Clayton’s dad, Dane Hibbs, is hanging around, demanding a share of Shona’s scratchcard winnings in exchange for leaving her in peace.

If Shona refuses to pay dodgy Dane it could spell trouble for her happy little set-up with the Platts – big trouble…

this Fortnight

Stunned by his girlfriend’s plans to actually hand over £1,000 from her windfall to her evil ex, David confronts Dane and tells him to do one.

But devilish Dane provokes David by saying cruel things about his late wife Kylie (RIP) and Shona can’t stop David from lashing out – so Dane takes a terrible revenge.

‘Shona knows Dane might tell Max and Lily she’s the mother of their mum’s killer,’ reveals Shona actress Julia Goulding. ‘And that’s even more likely now she’s not giving him any money. Dane will push things as far as he can and could hurt the children…’

As Shona and David pack Max and Lily into the car and prepare to drive off, dastardly Dane jumps in the motor and locks himself in with the kids!

‘Shona can’t bear the fact Max and Lily are in danger and feels she and David are doomed,’ continues Julia.

But what exactly will Dane do to David’s kids? And what will David do to Dane when he gets half a chance?

What next?

If any harm comes to Max and Lily we could see the return of Devil David. Remember, he already tried to blow up Clayton to get vengeance for Kylie, so are Dane’s days numbered?

As for David and Shona, will their past force the pair to pack it in, or can they find a way forward together?

We’ve got our fingers crossed for a happy future for them – if David can keep his demons in check…
