story so Far

Gemma Winter’s taste in men has been dubious to say the least. She was evil Callum Logan’s gobby sidekick for a start! But now it looks like her luck’s about to change…

this Fortnight

Gemma’s desperate for fun and she gatecrashes a posh house party, where she brazenly introduces herself as ‘Jemima’. And instead of getting chucked out on her ear, she finds herself being chatted up by an attractive chap called Henry.

It’s all going swimmingly… until the police raid the party. And that’s when Gemma has her very own Cinderella moment, leaving behind her sparkly shoe in her rush to escape the cops.

Gemma fears that’s the last she’ll see of Henry, who she’s already falling for. But the word on the street is that Henry is falling for Gemma, too.

In true Prince Charming tradition, he picks up her shoe and he’s gutted that she’s done a vanishing act. But he’s determined to find his princess…

What next?

We reckon Henry will turn up in Coronation Street looking for Gemma. And that’s when Liz Mcdonald recognises him as the grandson of Cecil Newton, heir to the Newton and Ridley brewery and the fortune that goes with it.

It looks like Gemma has fallen on her feet this time… Hooray for Henry!

True love! It seems romance is on the cards for Gemma and Henry... Will it have a fairy-tale ending?
