Ver­sace’s tower is the ul­ti­mate stylish pad

The skyscraper is to in­clude 365 one, two, three and four- bed­room apart­ments, all with in­te­ri­ors de­signed by Ver­sace Home, plus a gym de­signed by the com­pany too. So, dig out your gold leo­tards.

Res­i­dents will get access to a chil­dren’s play area, a hos­pi­tal­ity ser­vice, swim­ming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, bi­cy­cle stor­age area, a ‘ Ver­sace res­i­dents’ lounge’, book­able pri­vate cin­ema and a concierge ser­vice.

Prices at the devel­op­ments are typ­i­cally Ver­sace as well. One- bed­room, one- bath­room apart­ments kick off at £ 1.16 mil­lion – al­though you are pay­ing for more than just the space; the flats of­fer stun­ning views over cen­tral Lon­don.
