Soli­hull Film So­ci­ety

THE so­ci­ety will be screen­ing two films on Satur­day, Oc­to­ber 27, at the state of the art St Martin’s School Arts Cen­tre, Brue­ton Av­enue, Soli­hull B91 3EN.

The first film, Bomb­shell, is the story of ac­tress Hedy La­marr, in­set right, glam­orous, sexy, tal­ented and, sur­pris­ingly, also a ge­nius in­ven­tor. The film will start 6pm.

The sec­ond, start­ing at 8pm, is The Fencer. On the run from the KGB, a cham­pion fencer teaches the sport to Es­to­nian school chil­dren, but his past catches up with him.
