Libby man charged

A 24-YEAR-OLD man arrested in connection with the disappearance of university student Libby Squire has been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged with unrelated offences.

Pawel Relowicz, of Raglan Street, Hull, appeared at Hull Magistrates’ Court accused of voyeurism, outraging public decency and burglary.

He was arrested on suspicion of abduction and “remains under investigation”.
