Crafty gifts to sup­port chil­dren

IN­NER Wheel Club of South­port Pres­i­dent Mau­reen Fearn and Com­mu­nity Ser­vice Or­gan­iser Mau­reen Bal­lard pre­sented Church­town Chip­munks with craft items and sea­sonal gifts, to­gether with a cheque for £60.

Teacher Pip Coysh said: “We are de­lighted by the con­tin­u­ing sup­port of the ladies from South­port In­ner Wheel.

“The craft items will be used by the chil­dren in our weekly lunchtime club and the money will go to­wards our next out­ing which will be a trip to the pan­tomime in Jan­uary.”

Church­town Chip­munks is a char­ity which sup­ports chil­dren in Church­town Pri­mary School who are young car­ers or are be­reaved.
