Firm’s sup­port for hospice

EN­TWISTLE Green es­tate agents has teamed up with Queen­scourt Hospice in South­port in a fundrais­ing ef­fort which will last un­til Au­gust 2019.

Queen­scourt Hospice pro­vides sup­port for the peo­ple of West Lan­cashire, South­port and Formby.

It cares for pa­tients with se­ri­ous ill­nesses, en­abling them to achieve the best pos­si­ble qual­ity of life.

Branch man­agers, Laura Ken­wright and Sam Cur­rie met with Queen­scourt’s res­i­dent mas­cot ‘Quee­nie’ to launch the event, along­side En­twistle Green staff Re­becca Brown, Kathryn Id­don and Alex Martin.

“Sup­port­ing such an ex­cel­lent lo­cal char­ity is an ab­so­lute honour; ev­ery­body knows or knows of some­body whose life has been touched by Queen­scourt Hospice and for us to have the op­por­tu­nity to ‘give some­thing back’ is an ab­so­lute priv­i­lege”, Sam said.

Deb­bie Law­son, cor­po­rate ser­vices di­rec­tor at Queen­scourt said: “Our part­ner­ships with lo­cal busi­nesses are a vi­tal part of gen­er­at­ing the in­come we need to pro­vide ser­vices to lo­cal peo­ple and their fam­i­lies.

“We are in­cred­i­bly grate­ful to En­twistle Green for their com­mit­ment to rais­ing money for us over the next year and to help­ing make more peo­ple aware of the sup­port we pro­vide.”

En­twistle Green has com­mit­ted to do­nat­ing £25 for ev­ery prop­erty which is rented and £50 for ev­ery home that is sold be­tween now and Au­gust 2019.
