Logan gets kindest cut of them all
SCARISBRICK Hall School has once again hosted its “Make a Cuppa Count” coffee morning in support of Queenscourt Hospice, raising more than £600 on cake sales.
In addition to the coffee morning, Logan Birchall in Year Six – who has been growing his hair for more than a year since his grandmother became ill with cancer – decided to have his hair cut and donate it to Hero, which is part of the Little Princess Trust, as it also make hair pieces for boys who have lost their hair.
Logan was cheered on by his classmates and Sharron Jones, a parent at the school, gave up her time to cut his hair.
Logan would like to say thanks to everyone for their donations.
