THE MYRIAD colours we are exposed to every day can influence the colours we store in our aura, which in turn correspond to our different emotional and mental states.
When you begin to notice that certain colours feel right for the day or an event, or even for a particular situation, you are in touch with your aura.
Choose bright colours to energise your auric field, cool colours to calm you, warm colours for motivation and pale colours to subdue. It is also possible to heal the aura using coloured light or fabric, or by projecting thoughts as colour in meditation. Simply imagine projecting a colour towards the area of your life, or a situation that’s bothering you, to bring healing and solutions.
