Discover the WONDER OF PLANTS

Spirit and Destiny - - Spiritual Buzz -

LATE JULY is the height of summer, and a time when many trees and flowers are in bloom.

‘This is the season when our physical senses can best appreciate the natural world,’ says plant whisperer and shamanic practitioner Fay Johnstone. ‘And tuning into plants through our senses is the first step towards gaining a deeper connection with nature.’

Fay is running a Plants That Speak, Souls That Sing weekend workshop in Northumberland on July 21st and 22nd, designed to open you up to plant consciousness and gain a deeper understanding of your true soul purpose.

‘Connecting with plants is a very grounding experience and it’s also very uplifting,’ says Fay. ‘It’s a way of getting back to your authentic self.’

The first day is a chance to learn how to communicate with plants on an intuitive level.

‘We’ll be using guided visualisations and spending time outside, exploring which flowers we’re drawn to,’ says Fay. ‘On the second day we’ll go into plant spirit shamanism and healing, with a shamanic journey to meet the spirits of the plants and a cleansing ceremony with the flowers.’

The workshop is being held in the Dilston Physic Garden in Corbridge. It costs £110 and runs from 10am to 4pm each day. Visit fayjohnstone.com
