Staines Informer - - NEWS -

A MUSCLED, tattooed carpenter from Surrey is currently living it up on ITV2’s Love Island villa.

Terry Walsh, 28, from Staines, joined the dating show’s villa on Monday May 30 – his presence causing ‘quite the stir’, sending shockwaves through the contestants with his late arrival.

Hosted by Caroline Flack, Love Island takes 12 contestants, and couples them up from the first moment they enter the villa in which they will live.

Throughout the series, couples have the right to swap and change among themselves. From the beginning to the end of the season, couples get voted out by viewers and must leave the villa.

The last couple standing wins a grand prize of £50,000.

Terry, 28, describes himself as ‘tall, dark and handsome’.

He said: “I’m a lot of fun and outgoing. I’ve been a VIP host out in Ibiza, so I know how to create a party vibe.

“It’s all about boosting everyone’s morale and getting the energy up.

“I’d say I had a 98 per cent success rate with women in Ibiza.”

Asked about his perfect woman, Terry said: “Emma Bunton. She’s always stuck in my mind, for some reason.

“She’s cute. There’s something about her.”

He said his perfect Love Island date would be spent on a sun lounger, with chilled music, and some strawberry daiquiris.
