Ap­peal af­ter 4am bur­glary

PO­LICE are in­ves­ti­gat­ing an early morn­ing bur­glary in Ever­s­ley.

The prop­erty, in Coop­ers Hill, was bro­ken into shortly af­ter 4am on Tues­day.

Hart district PCSO Nick Green­wood ap­pealed for the public’s help, ask­ing: “Did you hear or see any­thing out of the or­di­nary?

“If so, or if you have any in­for­ma­tion that may be used to fur­ther our en­quiries, then please call 101.

“Leave what­ever in­for­ma­tion you have, along with your con­tact de­tails, un­der the ref­er­ence 44170029197.”

PCSO Green­wood said such bur­glar­ies are now rare.

“How­ever, some of­fend­ers


will make ef­forts to do he warned.

“Please en­sure you use se­cu­rity light­ing at en­trances and ex­its.

“Con­sider fit­ting an alarm and ei­ther a dummy or full CCTV sys­tem.

“Small mea­sures such as these will de­ter any po­ten­tial of­fend­ers.” this,”
